This is our exchange process:

1. Start by initiating your exchange by completing the purchase.

2. Wait for your new ring to arrive in the mail.

3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you.

4. Enjoy your new ring!

Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.

Gearing up for the big day and I spent a long time looking at rings of all type. Stumbled across Thorum and fell in love with not only the design, but also the varying materials and stories associated with making each ring. I slowly narrowed my list down (initially had 10 favorites) and ended up with the 8mm minimalist and it's fantastic. I highly recommend the ring sizer to ensure you get the right size, plus the included discount saves you money in the long run.
