Ancient Bog Oak is the oldest timber on the planet. Before petrification, timber goes through many stages; dying, falling, and drying. Before this ancient bog oak reached the "drying" stage, it was covered with lichen and moss to blot out the sun/elements and suspend it's return to the earth. It laid in a bog for around 6,000 years (it's patina is the darkest I've ever seen) and was discovered in the western Czech Republic after WW2.
All timber is sealed in a vacuum with marine grade epoxy to insure utmost strength and durability of a design. This ring consists of a sandblasted gunmetal dark gray Tungsten Carbide band with an ancient Bog Oak interior.

Feel free to keep the silicone ring your original package includes, otherwise please include it in your exchange and we’ll ensure to swap it out for the appropriate size.

3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you.

Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.

Although first ring received didn’t fit, it was quickly exchanged with professionalism. Love the unique look of the textured tungsten and, coupled with the bog wood, it’s definitely a conversation waiting to happen.
My husband wanted a ring that was unique and didn't look like every other ring, which is exactly what this is! It still looks very "manly," but it isn't the traditional solid black ring. It is hard to describe, but it is a mix of black, brown, and grey, with a really cool charcoal-looking finish. The oak on the inside is also such a unique touch. He loves it. The company also has amazing customer service and was very quick to fix a mistake on their end. I would highly recommend!

My fiancé and I both love this ring! It’s manly and beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We originally ordered a size to small and exchanged for the corrected size for only a small restocking fee. Long story short we lost the original ring): Thorum customer service was so great at responding so quickly and shipping back to back was very fast. We are so grateful for the help and they were so nice!
Really like the look and feel of this ring. I lost my platinum band and this was a great replacement. It is unique. No one else can see the inner wood but I like wearing a piece of wood that is several thousand years old. Reminds me that in the big picture our life is brief.
Ring itself seems well made a has a nice feel to it. I was a bit disappointed at how dark the wood is, because it’s significantly darker than the stock photo, its actually black in color. But in the item description it does say its quite dark, so I cant say I was misled. The rubber ring replacement that comes with it was a size or two too large and slips off my finger without any friction or resistance but I bought the ring for the ring, not the rubber replacement. Overall I am happy with the ring

We had to exchange the ring for a different size twice (due to mistakes on our part) and the process was smooth and easy. My fiance loves his ring!
My fiancé loves his ring. We ordered the ring sizer beforehand and the fit we went with was perfect. Good quality and fast delivery made this a great experience.
He loves it! Will note that the wood on the inside is darker than what is pictured on the website (this likely differs ring to ring), so there isn’t as much of a contrast between inside and outside. The exterior is a little shimmery.
I bought this ring to propose to my girlfriend. I haven’t done it yet, but I’m sure she’ll love it.
The unique materials and craftsmanship has already impressed me.
