I bought this as a wedding band for my fiancé. It's a durable ring. The ring doesn't have the striations in it, nor is it as dark of a black. And the gold looks a more orange than expected.

Gearing up for the big day and I spent a long time looking at rings of all type. Stumbled across Thorum and fell in love with not only the design, but also the varying materials and stories associated with making each ring. I slowly narrowed my list down (initially had 10 favorites) and ended up with the 8mm minimalist and it's fantastic. I highly recommend the ring sizer to ensure you get the right size, plus the included discount saves you money in the long run. Looking forward to wearing it every day, and I've already told my wife I may need to get a second design in the future just to mix it up a bit!
The ring is beautiful and of very good quality, we had problems with the carrier, but the customer service team responded immediately and solved the problem in a short time.
The ring was a durable and hefty material, butfit so well on my boyfriend and it looked so sleek! The hint of rose gold was a great touch as well! Recommended!

Everything went great - I had a question before purchase that was answered promptly, and when the first size we got ended up being big on my husband's finger it was super easy to replace it with a smaller size. The ring itself is beautiful and we love that it also comes with a nice silicone ring for travel/activities.
