Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.

Before initiating a return, please read through this page. Keep in mind we offer hassle-free exchanges if you see a design better suited for you.

Wrong Size?

Start an exchange instead. If you simply need to swap sizes, use our self-serve ring exchange option.

Thorum Return Policy


We want to ensure each customer is 100% satisfied with their ring purchase. If there is anything our helpful team can assist with, please reach out to them before initiating a return. 

 We also offer the option of ring exchanges if you find that it’s the design you’re not loving. 

If you are certain you’d like to return your ring, we offer easy returns for a $25 restocking fee. This allows us to process your return inventory and sanitize and hand-polish your ring upon return.

To initiate your return, please fill out the contact form below and include your order number and reason for returning.

Once you send your ring back to us, our inventory team will process your return and initiate the refund after it has arrived back to our warehouse.

Typically we see the funds returned back to your account within 3-5 business days but this can depend entirely on your financial institution.

If you feel that something may have been missed, please contact our customer service team and we'd be happy to take a look.

You will be refunded the original cost of the ring, however the $25 return/restocking fee will be deducted from this amount.

If you opted to pay for upgraded shipping, this cost will not be refunded.

No, we do not refund the original cost of shipping in your refund amount if you opted for the upgraded/expedited shipping method.

We offer hassle-free exchanges for any reason for a nominal $25 restocking fee. This includes your return shipping, the cost to ship the new ring, repackaging, restocking labor, sanitizing, and hand-polishing.

Feel free to keep the silicone ring your original package includes, otherwise please include it in your exchange and we’ll ensure to swap it out for the appropriate size. 

This is our exchange process: 

1. Start by initiating your exchange here. 

2. Wait for your new ring to arrive in the mail.

3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you. 

4. Enjoy your new ring!

Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.

No, if you choose to engrave your ring on your own, it is no longer eligible to be returned or exchanged. If we receive back a ring that has been altered in any way, we will not issue a store credit or refund.
