We offer hassle-free exchanges for any reason for a nominal $25 restocking fee. This includes your return shipping, the cost to ship the new ring, repackaging, restocking labor, sanitizing, and hand-polishing.
Feel free to keep the silicone ring your original package includes, otherwise please include it in your exchange and we’ll ensure to swap it out for the appropriate size.
This is our exchange process:
1. Start by initiating your exchange by completing the purchase.
2. Wait for your new ring to arrive in the mail.
3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you.
4. Enjoy your new ring!
Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.

My first ring was a cobalt ring from another jewelry competitor. After having it for a year it was riddled with scratches. I did some research and found Thorum.
I ordered the ring on Thursday and it arrived on Monday. Quick shipping! Unfortunately I was sent the wrong ring and the wrong ring size for the silicone ring. I reached out to customer service and within 24 hours they fixed it. They had the proper ring expedited to me and it arrived in 2 days.
After having the ring for a few weeks I can honestly say I love it! Already planning on getting another style. The ring is comfortable, durable, and I barely realize it’s even on my hand sometimes. A+ customer service and A+ quality. Highly recommend.

I purchased this ring to replace my husbands previous wedding band that he lost. It was an unusual man’s ring - gold with a curvy design that was downright beautiful. An estate sale find. I never thought we’d find anything that he’d love as much. But the design of the Stad changed that - while completely deferent, it’s also striking, unique and elegant. He loves it!
Love this ring! It’s very high quality and durable. I love the look. Also, the copper/rose gold inlay looks like a deep amber in the right light. Very happy with this purchase, will probably be buying any future rings from Thorum.
I bought the Stad ring for myself for reaching a personal milestone i once thought was impossible. I LOVE IT. The contrast between the dark metal and the brightness of the copper leaf is stunning. I find myself just looking at it sometimes and admiring it. Caleb and team were very helpful and the ring sizer was perfect for getting my size. I love this ring so much, and i'm contemplating buying a different one. The shipping was really fast, and the packaging - the walnut box and the foam insert, etc., were all incredibly high quality.
I am really impressed with Thorum and will definitely be making future purchases.
I figured there was no need to post a photo because let's just say, as amazing as the photos on the website are for this ring, dare I say it looks even better in person? I ultimately chose to go with Thorum because of the team and story behind them, and of course the rings look great, but I loved the humble beginnings and "small company" feel I got after reading the About Us section. This ring screams quality, looks absolutely stunning, and feels fantastic and i'm convinced that goes for all their other rings as well. Very impressed!

I loved the ring! It is so cool and everyone from this website has been so helpful and nice! I did order the wrong size and so I had to exchange it but the process is super easy and very fast. I am waiting for the other ring to get here so I can compare them and send the one I won’t want back. Very good company to work with!
