Feel free to keep the silicone ring your original package includes, otherwise please include it in your exchange and we’ll ensure to swap it out for the appropriate size.

2. Wait for your new ring to arrive in the mail.
3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you.
4. Enjoy your new ring!
Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.

The ring fits perfectly. What I like about the ring is the rugged craftsmanship and the way it is noticeable on my finger, but does not scream, "look at me". There are so many jewelers in the market at this time that are putting their works on social media, but your rings stand out among all the others. I am an artist and probably older than most of your customers, but I am only interested in quality, distinctive artistic work and something that has a subtle bohemian look to it.
I originally got the ww2 ring, and loved it. But because of my sweaty hands, the wood inlay came off twice with too separate rings.
For that reason, I decided to go with the fjord ring. Works great with my sweaty hands, and goes well with every outfit if that matters to you.
For me, the best thing about thorum is their customer service. I can't say I've run into a more responsive, engaged, and professional customer service. Whatever ring you decide to get, you'll be well taken care of. Nowadays, it's hard to come by a company that has a reliable and trustworthy customer service program.
I first ordered a set of ring sizers, which came very quickly and was then surprised to get a 20% discount for having ordered the ring sizers. I debated between 6 and 8 mm width, and am glad to have chosen the 6 mm. There is a subtle elegance about this ring. The ring came in a nice wooden box along with a silicon ring to wear at times, that the ring or your finger might be at risk because of activities. I highly recommend this company.

The process was super easy. Did some online research to find the right company and the products I like then ordered the ring sizing kit from Thorum and followed their suggestion to wear the sizing ring for a few days to make sure it was the right fit. Once I did that I placed the order and lickety split the ring was in my mailbox. Super simple, super easy process. Love the ring, great fit and craftsmanship. Exactly as ordered. Was pleasantly surprised a few days later to see that Thorum was the sponsor for a Critical Role event we went to. I was able to show off my ring to all my gaming buddies. Every one was impressed.

Very satisfied with the Fjord ring! It has a rugged aspect that I appreciate since I don’t typically wear jewelry but still feels high quality. The fit is great & comfortable after exchanging for a smaller size, which was completely my fault with the original order (highly recommend sizing your finger throughout the day rather than once). The exchange process was simple and fast. Shipping in general was extremely quick, both for the original and exchange I received the ring the same week I ordered it. Hubby loves it. I actually bought another thinner one (4mm) and they go perfect together. We like fishing and hiking, so they go perfect with our lifestyle.
I wish it was a 10 mm. Not happy with just 8 mm. My wife really doesn’t like it, but I said we did. There’s not a refund policy just an exchange policy only which she’s not happy about. So I guess I’ll just keep it. She’s not being kind the way it looks in case it looks cheap.
Love my Thorum Fjord ring. The hammered design looks rugged, but the fit is incredibly smooth with no rough edges. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear all day. Highly recommend.
