He was so entertaining, that here at Thorum, we were inspired to create our own tech review.

So, welcome to Linus Tech Tips - Thorum Edition

Yesterday, I went around and talked to the Owner and Founder of Thorum, Caleb and his Co-Founder wife, Steph. I interviewed them about some of the technology they own and what they like about it. Being in the age where cell phones are the most popular piece of technology, they both chose their new Google Pixel 7 Pros.
Here's what they had to say!

Caleb's top 3 things about his Google Pixel 7 Pro is the immaculate 50mp camera that he compares to DSLR Quality (and rightfully so). Next up on his list are the editing tools given to Pixel 7 Pro owners for quick and easy editing wherever you may be, so he can quickly touch-up product photos and get them ready for posting. His 3rd favorite is the long battery life that can take him throughout the whole day to stay connected to the business, so he doesn't have to be limited to having his phone wired to the wall, which takes a huge burden off of his shoulders.

Steph's top 3 things about her Google Pixel 7 Pro were slightly different. She also rated the 50mp camera as her number one. But number 2 was the night mode upgrade that Google has significantly improved over the years to take amazing photos, even in dark environments. Her number 3 is the  6.7-inch screen size and QHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate.

Last but not least, I had to add some variety in there with my iPhone 14 Pro. For the iPhone, my top 3 favorites are the operating system. Apple iOS is always smooth and easy to navigate and the updates are always quick to fix any issues. My 2nd favorite would have to be the battery life/quick charging capabilities. The battery can easily last me the whole day with some life left over, if I'm not constantly using it and the ability to charge it from 0-50% in 30 minutes with a 30 watt charger is huge for me. Lastly, I love the "Apple Ecosystem" and being able to airdrop files from my iPhone to my MacBook or iMac is a game-changer and makes daily work flow a breeze.
